making the invisible feature available to all members?

Hello all. I have a suggestion. Let me know what you all think of it? I would like to see the invisible log in to be available to all members. Here's why. There are times when I log in where I just want to post on the boards and read the bords and not be bothered with any quick notes of any kind rather they be public or private. I do realize I can go in and change that option in my profile but I think it would just be easier to log in under invisible as I would on an instant messenger program when I don't want to be bothered. Let me know what you all think.

You can use the /togqn command in the quicknote box to disable all quicknotes. Use /togqn again to re-enable.

I really don't understand why people keep insisting on asking that premium features are made available as standard. Those features are offered as extras in order to tempt people to part with a little cash so that the site can continue to run. As a standard member you have access to the boards. If you wish to be able to access the boards while logged in invisibly, you know what to do.

Thanks. Dan.

Heh i can truthfully say that the invisible feature is what gets more than a few people to buy the premium membership.

agree with dan.

it's an extra feature, so just do what others said and turn qn's off

Actually, I tried reenabling QN's thru the /togqn command, but it said that I would have to go into my account settings for that. But if we could disable all QN's thru that command, that's great then *smile*, as sometimes I know I just want to do something real quick on here and I don't have the time to chat with anyone at that time.

With a quick command for turning off all QN's, the need to be invisible just because one doesn't want to deal with QN's shouldn't be a problem and so I agree with everyone else that that feature should stay only premium.

wow. i really agree with that.

if only there was a way to turn all qn's off, then maybe not even premiums would have to use it

lol I love seeing all of these topics, especially since it's very doubtful that anyone will come up with a case for the premium features to become standard. Next, they'll be asking for person watch, and anagram extreme to become standard.

Frankly, I think if you want the premium features then you should have to pay just like the rest of us that have them did.

If you want the features you need to put out some green for the features.

Chris and those who talk about said QN command:
I tried this and it only works to allow all QNs and to block mass QNs but still recieve private QNs. Can it be possible that maybe we can come to a resolution?

If we can't have the feature (and I know we wont), is there any way you can create some code at the log in page to have a check box to tick to block ALL quick notes (Mass and private)? And to also create a third toggle to shut it off?

Otherwise the toggle command works.

i agree with all. Dude, if ya want to be invisible, shell out 25 dollars! Simple as that!

I agree with MadDog, let's make person watch and anagram extreme for all, and while we're at it, let's throw in quick note history. Oh, and, can we have more points for trivia too?

Just kidding Maddog.

damn, people don't wanna spend a few dollars anymore.
why should this site have free access if some people are going to bitch about what they don't get anyway?

I rarely come on here now.

But if this is such a big deal to premiums, CLs and admins then the admins need to put up a notice stating that if you want the extra free shit, you need to shell it out. Notice should go on areas such as announcements, the news file, front page and the premium page that list these features.

Kinda getting sick of hearing people complain that they can't have the extra stuff cause they can't afford a premium account.

At least the ideas I try and give out could be used for both account types but as I've said it before and will again, no one cares, no one will listen. So T-Roy if you want the extras such as invinsible then you need to shell out $25 bucks for it. I wanna know is this small fee per month or per year?
